Hi Guys! Just a simple introduction to my Journey & Career in the Real Estate Sector.
Before I got into the trade, I was with Singapore Police Force as a Civil Servant for 1.5 years before I decided to do the switch to a career in Propety & Real Estate. Ever since then, I’ve not looked back.
I have been in the trade since 2009 and have garnered more than 10 years of valuable experience in helping my clients restructure their property portfolio. Property is my Passion. It intrigues me when there is a new property launch in Singapore where analysis of the launch prices, comparative analysis has to be made to ensure my client is investing in the right project. To be able to provide service excellence; to guide my client from the sale process of their property, be it HDB (i.e. Housing Development Board), private property condominium, or Landed property, to the purchase of their next property has always been on my priorities.
Over the years, I’ve been awarded various achievements in ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd.
